It's winter at Rose cottage and Christmas is fast approaching. But for Arthur and Lucy Mildew they hold out little hope of receiving any presents. Tumtum and Nutmeg have other ideas, however. Setting out for the home of Mr Toymouse, Tumtum and Nutmeg hope that he can spare a toy car and a box of magic tricks for Arthur and Lucy.
