Catherine Van-Davies

Catherine Van Davies graduated from QUT with a BFA (Acting) in 2006 and trained at HB Studio, New York in 2010. She is a versatile actor and voice artist, her screen credits include Amazing Grace (Nine), Hungry Ghosts (SBS), The Letdown (ABC), Fighting Season (Goalpost) and Pet Killer (Black Pills). Catherine’s theatre credits include Playing Beatie Bow (STC), No Pay? No Way!, White Pearl (STC with National Theatre of Parramatta), Going Down (STC with Malthouse), Titus Andronicus, The Misanthrope, Merchant of Venice (Bell Shakespeare), An Enemy Of The People, Back at the Dojo, The Kiss (Belvoir), Turquoise Elephant (Griffin), Angels in America (Apocalypse Theatre Company), The Happy Prince, Dracula and Dangerous Liaisons (Little Ones Theatre). Catherine was the recipient of the 2020 Sydney Theatre Award for Best Supporting Actor in an Independent Production (Angels in America) and the 2020 Sydney Theatre Award for Best Ensemble (White Pearl). Catherine has worked regularly with Playwriting Australia’s Lotus (with Contemporary Asian Australian Performance) & Outreach programs fostering new Australian voices and is the Co-Artistic Director of Red Line Productions based in the Old Fitzroy Theatre.

Jai’s girlfriend, Grace, is at the heart of the sexting scandal and her mum, Jess Charters, up in arms as well, goes to the media. The women’s combined efforts force Carmichael Grammar to take action. To everyone’s surprise, and Liv’s delight, things actually start to improve.
