Jocko Willink is a retired United States Navy SEAL officer, author and podcaster. He co-authored Extreme Ownership: How U.S. Navy SEALs Lead and Win, The Dichotomy of Leadership and the Way of the Warrior Kid series. Jocko also hosts the top-rated Jocko Podcast and co-founded Echelon Front, a leadership consulting company, where he serves as Chief Executive Officer, leadership instructor, speaker and strategic adviser.
