Tristan White is the Founder & CEO of The Physio Co, a unique healthcare business, that has been ranked as one of Australia’s 50 Best Places to Work for nine consecutive years. After a short post-University stint in private practice, White branched out on his own and started working in the world of aged care. In a short period of time, White had more aged care clients than he could treat himself, so he started employing other physiotherapists. By 2004, his new job became a business and The Physio Co was born.
