Ben Chapple

Sydney-bred writer, actor, musician and athlete Ben Chapple has written and performed his own plays to critical acclaim. Notably, his 2016 play Briony was shortlisted for the Sydney Theatre Company’s prestigious Patrick White Playwrights’ Award. Ben starred in Screentime/Network Ten’s second series of Playing for Keeps in the lead role of AFL superstar Liam Flynn. Onstage, Ben has played iconic characters sch as Father Flynn in Doubt (2016), Francis in The Golden Age (2017) Holden Caulfield in Reg Cribbs’ Bullies (2018) and Paul in Birdland (2019).
