Rachael O’Meara is a transformational leadership and executive coach, supporting others as they seek to fulfill their potential. She is a sales executive at Google and a host for the mindful Talks at Google program, and also volunteers as a facilitator for Search Inside Your¬self Leadership Institute (SIYLI) mindfulness training. She is certified in transformational coaching from Wright Graduate University and has an MBA from Fordham University.
