Noel Arthur is a Trinidadian-American actor and voice artist with past experience in theatre directing. After getting his MFA in acting at Columbia University, Noel moved to Los Angeles where casting director Johanna Ray saw him in a showcase and cast him in The Black Dahlia. Noel has appeared in The Good Place, Jane the Virgin, Glee, Shameless, NCIS and Justified.
